Services
We accept the following vector based formats: Adobe Illustrator (up to CS6), Corel Draw (up to X4), vector EPS, or vector PDF. We also accept Adobe Photoshop files or JPEGS that are at least 200 pixels per inch (ppi). However, we recommend 300 ppi for maximum print quality. If a custom cut shape is required (stickers, for example), please provide us with an EPS file containing a cutting path indicated by a stroke of 100% magenta.
Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized ink jet technology. The two key requirements of a DTG printer are a transport mechanism for the garment and specialty inks (ink jet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly and are absorbed by the fibers.

Unbelievable and exceptional service!!! It was unfortunate that we were dealing with a difficult client, but heritage went above and beyond to appease her. Anyone can make a clean print. What comes after is what makes the difference.
We used Heritage to fulfill a large campaign for a very prominent local celebrity, raising money for a very worthy local youth mentoring program. I trusted them, as we've used them for small pieces of our online fulfillment, with decent results. Once the job was submitted, I received an email that the numbers I submitted wouldn't cover the orders, and for the sake of expediency I gave the green light to print what they needed.
The bill I received for the campaign from them was impossible to break down for accounting

Honestly very disappointed with the service at heritage printing. I placed a simple order of 2 polo shirts, 12 shirts and 2 hoodies. Very simple logo design with very basic font. I spoke with Jessica several times to make sure that the print method that we were going with was the best method to get the best quality and it took 3 weeks to receive my apparel. When I got my box of clothes, the 2 polo shirts were excellent and looked amazing but the 12 T-shirts and 2 hoodies looked like they had already been work 1000x, the logo and writing was terribly discolored and far off from the original mock

Recently worked with Jessica on embroidery fanny packs and sewing a custom label onto the strap. Our client made a few changes after the first run, and Heritage was very flexible and helpful in making suggestions to satisfy our client's vision. Quick responses, educated advice, and best of all very friendly. We've worked with Heritage for years but this was an especially great recent experience!

I was struck by a car and could not make it to work the next day.
Instead of asking if I was okay and offering any help he could, Steve (owner) decided to fire me, blaming it on “weak performance.” And when I applied for unemployment because I was INJURED, he made up some lie that I was insubordinate. I didn’t even try to fight it considering he’d go that far to get my unemployment denied.

I am a screen printer in NJ. Some jobs we get are ones we cannot do, like the small runs requiring a direct to garment machine. I have sent a number of these to Heritage over the years and have been very happy. Fast service, and good people who work with you. They also did a large screen printing job that came out great!

Heritage screen printing is the absolute best and I had an amazing experience with them. I was in a time crunch and they were able to make me an amazing shirt for me at the end of a crazy business day on a Friday afternoon. Glen and Jesse are so nice, easy to work with and super helpful! Heritage will be the only place I ever buy my custom shirts because of my fabulous experience!

I'm shocked to see some of these previous reviews! I am in charge of marketing and business development for a large engineering firm in center city, Philadelphia and have t-shirts and other promotional materials printed for numerous events throughout the year. I have repeatedly used Heritage Screen Printing after having such a great experience with them the first time around, over a year ago. The ordering process is always very streamlined and painless. Thank you Heritage Screen Printing for the amazingly quick delivery of tee shirts. We placed the order on Wednesday late afternoon with only a hand drawn picture and you promised they would be ready for pick up Monday by 3pm. You not only delivered on your promise to have the shirts ready but to quote my daughter, "they look FANTASTIC!"
