I first met Emily when I was shopping for a primary home and she was the seller's agent. She impressed me with her knowledge of the Colorado real estate market and her genuine desire to just help you. When I was considering purchasing an investment property I reached out for her help as my buyer's agent. And she again was fantastic in making recommendations to focus on not the sale but that my requirements are met. Point is, no matter if you're buying or selling, she will be a trusted resource! Emily did a wonderful job! We were first time homebuyers and she was very patient explaining the home buying process to us.
