BEWARE - DO NOT GO HERE!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, VIOLENT, AND AGGRESSIVE!! I showed up 15 min early for my appointment that was at 6:30. I walked into an empty salon - no one was there at all. I waited and waited, tried calling on the phone that was there and therefore unattended and no one answered. I kept looking outside to see if anyone was nearby and there was no one in sight. I waited nearly 25 minutes until the owner strolled in at 6:40, 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I have been going to see Videll for a couple of years now for brazilians and I can't say enough great things about her and her business. Her new location is conveniently located in Trolley Square and designed with comfort in mind. Videll herself is very sweet and always professional. She always makes sure to ask me about my kids and check in with me on a personal level and I appreciate the personal touch. Last night I left her a vm after hours and she saw me today at noon, that's awesome! Thank you, Videll!!

Never,ever under any circumstances use this business. There are SOOOOO many better places to go. The woman who runs this place is outrageously rude. Screaming at my pregnant daughter who was given a prenatal massage gift via Groupon ) which is the only way you can do business with her. HMMMMMMM. Can you imagine a woman yelling at a pregnant lady because she couldn't find her nondescript unit in Trolley Square!??? Stay far away. Read the other reviews for yourself!

I was gifted a Groupon for a Prenatal massage at Vidells. Videll was very nice and professional. I had a hard time finding her suite as I had never been to Trolley Square before. I called and she stayed on the phone with me until I was able to find her. My massage was relaxing and enjoyable. (She does keep the door locked while she is with a client to maintain privacy. The suite has curtains around the massage table, not permanent walls. It's best to not show up before your scheduled appointment time if you do not want to wait outside)

Visited Videll's Spa at the new location in Trolley Sq! Nicely appointed and comfortable space. I like the wax used there too, must be a higher quality. I found Videll very friendly and extremely skilled! Will be back!!

Videll performed the massage. She got offended when I lifted up onto my elbows when she removed the bolster from under my ankles & went on & on about it. When I told her that I've had massages before & understood that I was supposed to flip over at this time, she told me that I wasn't in charge here - she was. She was rough with the massage after that & cut the time short by 13 minutes. I was shocked at her lack of professionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Incredibly

I had a relaxation massage done by Videll. It was different from most of the massages I get in the sense that the room had a little sun shining through and the sheets were crisp and cool.

Overall, I felt relaxed when I was done!

The overall experience wasn't that great. When scheduling the appointment, immediately I was met with rudeness and I was blown away but I had hoped maybe she was having a bad day. When I got to the place for the massage, it was clear that it was the norm. I had gotten the Groupon to scope out new massage places before deciding on one we like that we would go back to monthly since we work out a lot. I had also got one as a gift for my boyfriend. We both had terrible customer service experiences. The massage itself was okay for both of us. I do not recommend.

I bought a Groupon voucher for a Brazilian wax and this was really a horrible experience. I got the waxing done two days ago and omg my skin is peeling and looks very badly bruised. I have never had something like this happen before with a Brazilian; Not to mention the vast number of strays and strips of hair she missed. I mean I WANTED a Brazilian meaning I wanted to wax off all the hair and she left strips between my labia as well as around the back area. Also, her attitude is horrible and she comes off as being very arrogant and standoffish.

This is by far the worst spa to go too I can in there the lady was rude and she denied my service because I'm thinking the color of my skin... I was a little weary about purchasing a Groupon for this place after reading the reviews. I also have been a victim of receiving bad service after purchasing a Groupon but this was NOT one of those times.

I called to make an appointment a few days after purchasing my voucher for a PreNatal massage. No answer, I left a message and she called me back later that day.

She was very pleasant over the phone and even more pleasant in person! I had such a great experience and felt so comfortable and relaxed!

I've been coming to Videll's for almost a year now and I'm still as impressed as I was in my first visit. Videll goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable during the waxing and always works with me to get me in last minute. I'll definitely continue to come back!!
