We used Cleveland Elite for the first time this past weekend twice; One Airport run for 2 sets of guests flying in and to take 11 of us to dinner and then out on the town. Both drivers were prompt and incredibly professional! Both vehicles were very clean and in perfect condition. Kristeen and her team were instrumental in making our weekend even better than we could have wished for!

We used Cleveland Elite Transportation for a PROM venue. Tim, the driver, arrived on time, very professional, and very pleasant. Cleveland Elite Transportation took the stress of an 18 year old driving my car with the possibility of an accident, drinking, insurance, etc off me and onto the Cleveland Elite Transportation. The price was lower than most other Transportation services. The driver Tim was on time and spent the entire evening with 18 year old taking him to Prom, after Prom and where ever else he wanted to go for the night. Kristeen and her staff are all awesome! One time I only had an hour notice before my family and I needed to be picked up to go to the airport and Kristeen came through with flying colors. She got us to the airport with time to spare. Cars/SUVs are all very nice and clean. Every driver we have ever had has been incredibly friendly and punctual. It is extremely convenient and takes one part of the hassle of traveling out of the equation. I highly recommend their services to anyone and will continue to use them for all my car service needs!
