MyCity Transportation - Florida works with Keolis Transit America at the Fort Lauderdale, Florida Hollywood International Airport. The division collects relevant data for airport transit including arrival times, departure times, passenger counts, and fuel counts.
The data is analyzed and trends are discovered pertaining to headways (time between each bus) and schedule differentials which are used to improve operations and identify bottlenecks in transit service.The Florida division also assists customers in the airport regarding flight times, delays, directions, and many other matters to provide the most optimal experience possible for every customer.

MyCity Transportation - Atlanta provides curb-to-curb side service for passengers. Reliability and great customer service are a hallmark of this division along with safety and great training of drivers. Safety and customer service do not happen automatically - they are engrained in the thought patterns and habits of the operators.
MyCity Transportation - Greensboro is responsible for transporting seniors and people with disabilities to and from day programs, schools, medical appointments, stores, and family members' homes in a safe manner. Safety is a company mission and objective that this division takes very seriously and carries out on a daily basis.
