Services
Every client receives a 3-D computer generated design before we begin construction. These incredibly realistic renderings allow you to see all the elements of your pool design as they integrate to your home and backyard. At this stage, you can make revisions and improvements as necessary. Upon approval of your design, we use this layout to create detailed engineering drawings, and we begin the layout process.
We recommend our customers upgrade their pools from plaster to Pebble Tec Luxuriate for the most natural pool imaginable, uniquely inspired by brilliant riverbeds and spotless beaches. Swim in the spectacular beauty of a pristine lagoon, or indulge your senses in a pool reminiscent of an ancient Roman spa.

Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!
Every negative review that I see posted on Bi County Pools had come true for me in my first experience with them.
1.) Entering my backyard without authorization (3) times in under a week.. Twice my 12 year old daughter came to me asking why there was a strange old man in our backyard taking our pool apart. And one of the times he tapped on the rear slider door and relayed to my 12 year old daughter that a $40 part needs to be replaced on the pump (that worked before he touched it).
2.) Doing work and replacing items on a written quote

AWFUL!!! They were contracted out through my warranty company. Guy called on Monday and said “I might have time later today to come by.” I never saw or heard from them again. We never set an actual appointment and never confirmed a time so I figured when he didn’t show up, he didn’t end up having time. I was home all day and I have a camera at my front door so I know I didn’t miss a knock or ring. Days later, I get a call asking for my cc info to pay the service fee. What service??? The technician calls me and is telling me he let himself into my home/property and did not need to get my

I went in and asked them to give me an estimate, 5 days later I received a bill in the mail for $167 for balancing chemicals in my pool. I reminded her of the conversation I had with her when I went in and asked for a estimate. I told her that I never asked them to balance my chemicals, so I would like the charge removed, then she started yelling at me. This is not the first time I have received a bill for work I never approved. This happened a few months earlier when they came out and broke my release valve on my pool equipment, after that I received a bill for over $200, but since they went out

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They charged us over $500 for a pool clean up. They dumped in chlorine three times and never finished the job. They took my vacuum out of the pool and took the net from the vacuum. They never showed up when they said they would. After all that money and many phone calls, my pool is still green and we are doing the clean up ourselves. Do NOT recommend them at all.
