Unity Pools was established in 2011. Joel graduated from Biola University with a major in Business Communications; double minoring in International studies and Biblical Studies. After spending time in outside sales and operations/general management, we found it was time to control our own destiny and broke into the pool service and repair business.
Joel is married to his wife Ashley and have 3 children: Luke, Hannah and Jack. Randy Ceasar joined Unity Pools in 2019. After spending 19 years in the pool industry at the distribution level, Randy joined our team as our new service manager. Randy has quickly become a huge part of our team and our future.

These folks are amazing. My crew damaged a customers pool pump on accident while we were working on their home. Our customer told us they loved Unity Pool Service but that they were so busy they couldnt get out to inspect the pump for a few weeks. Of course we offered to pay for whatever the damages were. Another company came out, you know the red trucks with white letters and they told our customer the pump housing needed to be replaced and it was going to cost almost $1600. Well, our customer decided to wait for Unity to be able to make it out and boy am I glad they did. Turns out it was just

Best service around! Joel is great. He's dependable, affordable, reliable, and most of all knowledgeable about pools.
He's not one of those guys that just shows up, checks the chemicals, cleans the bag, and goes on his/her merry way. He knows the pools and the systems.
I put myself through college by cleaning pools, so I know a good service when I see one. Joel can evaluate, maintain, and even fix just about everything I've encountered in the 5 years I've had this pool. Believe me, our last pool service guy, who claimed to be "precision" *hint hint* wouldn&apos

Joel is amazing! Before Joel, swamp thing lived in my pool. After a few visits, my pool was sparkling! He listens to all of my concerns, shows up at the same time every week, and shoots me an email or text if something needs to be fixed. MOST importantly, he's honest, which is a rare quality to find these days.

My son was having his first birthday swim party for his kindergarten buddies on a slightly cold Saturday and our heater was out. I called a few places but couldn't get anyone to come out on short notice because it was the start of pool season. Found Joel on yelp and called him. The reviews are accurate. He's professional, straightforward and does an awesome job. Even followed up to see how the heater was running. My son had a great swim party and the pool was like bath water. :) kids had a great time!

Had a dead 1hp pond pump for a waterfall/pond water feature. Was impressed with the reviews of Unity so called them. Joel answered promptly and I read the pump label to him. He said it would not be a problem to replace the pump even if it was no longer made. He said he would come out and look at the pump. He did promptly and said the bearings were shot. He checked with his supplier and said he could not get a replacement motor as it was no longer made and he would need to put in a new pump. He said he could put it in a couple of days. He showed up on time on the day scheduled and put in the pump

Okay, what can I say. I let it go. Yep, after 10 years as a pool owner I got really busy and let my pool go from beautiful blue, to ugly green! So I gave Unity Pools a call to see if he could make it blue before the temperature starts to rise. It has been a couple of days and my pool is beautiful BLUE again! Thanks Joel for making it happen! Now it's time to get to the garden!

We "inherited" Unity Pools when our previous service went out of business and they took over their customer list. We have had the service for about six months and could not be happier. We have an in ground fiberglass lined pool that requires very careful monitoring of ph and other factors. Joel is very knowledgeable and can handle this challenge. Plus, he is very personable and keeps us informed of all things pool related that might need our attention. We highly recommend this service.
