In a perfect world everybody would be healthy and happy. People would keep in shape by visiting the gym a couple times a week and have at least one outdoor activity planned for the weekend. Of course, everybody would cook wholesome dinners at home and maintain a good diet. If it was that easy, why isn't everybody doing it?

Gym atmospheres can be overwhelming and intimidating. Training specific gyms like Yoga Studio, Clubs and Group class studios offer less flexibility and seldom more than one kind of training. What about limitations like a bad knee or a painful shoulder? How do you pick the right diet, to help you shed a couple of pounds?

Born in 1981 in East Germany, my family left for West Germany right after the Fall of the Berlin Wall. I came to America in 2005 and have called Colorado my home ever since. While I was introduced to physical exercise under Russian occupancy as a child, I always felt drawn to sports. Beyond track and field at school, I was a very active member of the local Acrobatics team for many years through my youth.
Fun workouts make you feel good about yourself by releasing endorphin's. When working out is combined with healthy eating you will feel the effects immediately and see results within three months of regular training 2-3 times a week. Each workout session is 30 minutes. Everyone has different goals and expectations.

Diana is a great coach and motivator. The workouts are always fun and personalized to skill level or injury. She finds a way to keep you moving even when life (the entire year of 2020) gets in the way. I highly recommend Club Room fitness to anyone who desires/requires accountability in their workout routine.

Diana is amazing! I have been training with her over a year and started going after having a baby to repair my core. I have tried lots of different group classes and workouts over the years, and none of them have given me the same kind of results as Diana.
She has kept my attention with consistently varied programming tailored to my needs and is always motivating and kind. I enjoy every session and how strong I feel.
She has maintained a super clean training environment to protect her clients during the pandemic, and offers virtual training options as well.
I would recommend Diana to anyone

Diana is an excellent trainer. All of the moves she puts you through involve multiple muscle groups at the same time and she gives very clear and understandable instructions beforehand as to the exercise and proper form. Friends have remarked on my muscle tone and the results have been amazing! On top of that, plus how she looks which is #goals, she is super nice and fun. Highly recommend (and have)!

Diana is amazing! My mom and I have been going to her for over three years and I am so grateful in the results. I feel stronger and healthier. She makes the workout challenging, but also fun. She is also very personable. She keeps me motivated and enjoy the workouts. She is great at communication. A bonus— her two adorable pups help cheer you on!

I have worked with Diana for more than two years. As a competitive athlete I have found that her focus on functional strength training, core and balance has not only helped me become stronger but also remain injury free. Diana works collaboratively - training me within the context of my broader racing and training schedule to optimize my overall fitness. I'm a mother of three children under 5 and have been with Diana for six months now. I'm able to bring my children with me which is so convenient for me. I have seen amazing results and, overall, has been a life changing experience! While nursing, I've lost 15 lbs and two dress sizes. Training with Diana is about more than just weight loss and appearance goals, it's about being a healthier person. My children and I are always greeted with a smile as well as a positive attitude! I've been going to Diana for over three years now and I absolutely love her! She is knowledgeable, motivating, and fun to work with. She creates a well-rounded, but fresh routine every time. She always knows exactly how much weight/resistance/adaptation to use that challenges my body, but isn't so hard that I want to give up. She works with your schedule, the location is great, and the space is always very clean and comfortable.

My wife started working out with Diana over a year ago and has had great results. When I left the Air Force I knew that I wanted to stay in shape as well so I began attending the workouts with my wife. I have been going to Club Room Fitness for a number of months now and Diana is a fantastic trainer. She always has new exercise and workout rotations. This helps keep from getting bored and is also better for strengthening and toning muscles than doing the same handful of exercises over and over again.
