When I designed Infinity I didn't want it to have the feel of a typical gym. I wanted to do something special; a place where the client would feel comfortable, unintimidated and welcome. I didn't want to hear metal plates banging together on a bar or dumbbells crashing on the floor so I chose polyurethane weights.
Every trainer at Infinity is a leader in the industry. They have been specifically selected because of the dedication to improving the lives of their clients. They all meet the professional qualifications such as a degree in Exercise Science or related field, a credible fitness certification and extended experience coaching and training.
Chrissy's career in Personal Training springs from a love of athletics and a desire to help others realize their own physical potential. Having been a competitive swimmer from age 6 through college at the University of Notre Dame, Chrissy believes very strongly in using exercise to achieve a healthy life/work balance.
I have been fortunate enough to research many fad diets, including diets that will help you loose weight, gain weight, feel like you have more energy, pills and powders, reverse the aging process, etcetera, etcetera. The bottom line is everyone needs a long-term sustainable solution to their eating habits that incorporates strategies that meet their individual needs and preferences with a food first approach.

Mike Barnes has been my Trainer for over 2 years. His dedication to my fitness success is what keeps me coming back time and time again. He has taught me to incorporate strength training into my workout routine along with aerobic training. Every workout is different which makes it fun and challenging. I was very apprehensive to workout at first and he gave me the confidence that I needed to get to my fitness goals. I personally worked at the gym for a year and had a wonderful experience. All of the trainers are knowledgable and have helped many people meet their goals. I enjoyed the intimate, unique, and personal atmosphere the gym provided. I have been training with Mike Barnes at Infinity Personal Training for over five years.
