Called for quick service and repair of a broken spring. Joe from Reliable came right out, replaced what was broken and got my door in perfect working order. Fast, super friendly, and totally lived up to the name of Reliable Garage Door! Install just finished for a door opener in our 3rd stall. Bryan Broberg was the installer and was fast, informative, and friendly.
The only thing I could possibly complain about is that his work looks so nice it makes our other opener look bad! We will definitely be recommending RGD to family, friends, and clients. No pressure at all and very knowledgeable! Setting up the appointment was very easy and they were able to get out quickly! It's been close to 19 years since I had two new garage doors installed and I have been thinking about having a tune up performed on these doors for the past several months. I am so glad that I had requested this service because the 2-car garage door steel cables (approximately 1/8" or slightly larger diameter size) were in very poor condition. In fact, one of the two door cables had just one strand of wire that was keeping the door from falling and the other cable had many severed strands that had rusted then separated. We replaced these with stainless steel cables so no more rusting issues in

I had Repair Tech Chuck come out and complete a free diagnostic and repair my garage door. Chuck was extremely professional and explained everything that needed to be repaired and gave me a quick estimate. Under two hours he replaced parts and fixed my garage. Gerald came out and did a full inspection of the garage door. We knew the spring was broken, but there was other maintenance that needed to be done.
