Was promised a homeowner’s policy and a bundle
Package . State Farm denied my homeowners policy because roof was too old on the house . Then they decided to bill me for prorated insurance on a policy they never were going to cover. Respond to this message directly and I will provide you several other Agents with “Real Policy” coverages. State Farm spends too much money on advertising NFL stars to give you any value.

I've been a customer of this specific agency since its opening, and my experience has been excellent so far. I hold both home and auto insurance here, and coverage as well as rates have exceeded my expectations. More importantly, Miguel and his team have provided top service in any of my inquiries. Particularly with a recent claim made in which the liable side failed to cover damage. Mayra made sure to walk me through the process of filing a subsequent claim through State Farm and getting my car fixed. Been with State Farm for over 15 years had great agent until this point, office staff does not really help and when they do they call in business hours when you are working. Never got a phone call from the actual agent had a dispute with insurance for roofing they did not cover had to eventual pay for it all. Having this insurance was a waste and anyone that is looking for home insurance stay away from State Farm and from this office it is a worthless insurance and not even worth the paper that it is put on.
