Flor is an El Paso native. She graduated from UTEP with a Bachelor's in Finance. She is the President of Flor & Associates Insurance Agency and head of the Transportation Department. She is a past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of El Paso and Toastmasters and has served on the board of the Mortgage Brokers Association.

Flor & Associates Insurance has been fulfilling my insurance requirements since 2008 and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Every one of the staff are most polite and helpful beyond expectation.
However, KUDOS truly go to David Cruz!

Patricia Morales is amazing! She helped me save $106 on my auto insurance. For my home insurance, she was able to get me better coverage for only a few dollars more a month, but extremely worth it. Her customer service is excellent. She is very responsive and PRO-ACTIVE, which I really appreciate in an agent! Currently in the process of getting whole life insurance. If I could give Patricia Morales and Flor & Associates Insurance Agency 6 stars, I would.

I just want to say how disappointed I am with this company. The lack of communication and not following up by not returning my calls have left my family and myself without coverage. They tried to sell us an insurance policy that was pretty much useless to us ,plus the life insurance policy we had wanted was never acted on by them. So the surgery we will need won't happen. Forget the meds we need for our daily activities. We will have to wait until enrollment time to get covered and I'm sure the IRS will take their share for not being covered.
