Honest, patient, amazing communication, professional, accurate, quick, very knowledgeable, responsible, and extremely kind what more could you ask for? My parents have had a world of trouble finding someone to do their taxes. I took a leap of faith and found Rodney on Yelp and boy oh BOY did he deliver!!! I have no complaints! Rodney had a way of making complex situations seem easy breezy. After nightmares with illegitimate "tax preparers" my husband and I were skeptical to try someone other than a major corporation. We gave Rodney a shot and he dunked it! Amazing service! He knew right away how to deal with our taxes. My personal and my husbands business LLC. We have faith that Rodney will be taking care of us. He took our taxes and will be returning with some additional paperwork to finish. He took his time to help us with helping us bring him what we needed to get to finish our taxes completely. I went in on a Sunday to get an estimate on my taxes. I was receving more than what my previous tax person got me in the last 2 years prior. Rodney was very professional and made us feel very comfortable while in his office. We received our refund in less than 1 week. I've never had such a quick return with any of my previous tax person. This has to be the best tax man in Southern California! Great customer service, answered my calls 24/7 without hesitation. Did an excellent job on my taxes and instead of paying I was able to take the family to Aruba instead! I did a lot of research on tax services and was please to see what I found from my research of Premiere Tax Service. My tax preparer Rodney Williams and staff are A rated and were extremely knowledgeable on all tax codes. From the very start I was a little nervous, but my tax person Rodney Williams was very honest and didn't pressure me at all. After the introductory process, there was a income analysis where he reviewed my taxable income then comes out with the best tax plan and approach . I requested a few things as far as what filling forms I should use and he wrote them all down and fulfilled
