I have always been a good listener, felt compassion for my peers, and have had a full heart when talking to a friend, loved one, or even a stranger. Yet it wasn't until massage therapy found me when it all made sense. I found a perfect outlet to be able to help people and utilize those traits that have always been a part of my life.
Rebecca Linn Massage Therapy's style includes custom-tailored Massage Therapy. In a nutshell, this means that rather than choosing a specific type of massage to book, simply book a Massage Therapy session and we will take care of the rest.

Based on the state of your muscles, how you feel that day, and what you are looking for, we create a custom-tailored session including techniques from below in order to give you an optimal feeling of well-being!Remember that this is YOUR session, ask for what you need! Ask me when setting up your appointment for this luxurious and beneficial add-on.
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy.
Yoga is a therapy to awaken the human self. It is a discipline that is appraoched in may different ways. It is the process of empowering ourselves to progress toward health and well-being. It helps us manage our health conditions, reduce symptoms, increase vitality and restore balance. Yoga includes regimens of postures, relaxation techniques, and breathing exercises.

There is far more happening at Quiet Spruce Wellness Center than just massage therapy! Massage is the best but try individual yoga or my favorite, the meditation classes. What a tremendous way to get the end of the week stress out of your system and ready for the weekend. Rebecca Doring will guide you on a couple of different meditation techniques in a very comfortable atmosphere. Try it, you may like it.

Just had one of the BEST massages ever by Jessica. She tailored my massage to the areas I wanted her to concentrate on and the pressure I desired. I will be back!! It was very easy to schedule and their studio is relaxing and beautiful. Thanks you so much!!

Rebecca is amazing. I have alot of deep knots and she was able to really get in there and work them out. Plus the energy work is a nice touch.

What a great experience!! I have seen many massage therapists in the past, but have never been as impressed as I am with Rebecca! I have suffered for many years from injuries to my neck and back. She actually wanted to know about my history of injuries and understood my concerns! Many therapists I have seen look at me like I'm crazy for telling them my history, but Rebecca asked right away so she could help address them- FINALLY!!
I also work in a field that's very hard on my muscles and can make my old injuries flare up. Anytime I walk in and show where I'm sore, Rebecca is very aware of where

Rebecca Linn is the best thing that could have happened to my back and neck. I started going to her for relief after an injury, but now I go back to maintain a sense of balance in my cranky back and neck.
I am constantly in awe of her deep knowledge of anatomy, and how she always knows exactly what my body needs from session to session.
For me, massage has gone from an occasional nicety to a necessity, because I found someone who makes it both therapeutic and pleasurable.
I could not recommend her more highly.

I have always had back problems since I was a young child and have been to multiple massage therapists and spas over the years. I can honestly say that Rebecca gives the best massage I have ever had. I have had full-body relaxing massages (which were amazing) but most importantly for me, whenever I see her when my back is acting up, she not only relieves the pain and tension but also gives the best advice to avoid further pain. Even if I don't express to her where I feel I need some extra care, somehow her hands seem to know.

I have been using massage for over 20 years for chronic pain I have finally found Rebecca! She is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable massage therapist I have had thus far. She "knows" your body very early into the therapy. She asks many questions about you and what your needs are. She knows how to relieve pain and will let me know during the hour what areas she notices what needs help. She is very astute. There are specific muscles of mine that she will work on for one half hour one week and every other week I will go for a full body-one hour massage, with emphasis on trigger areas. In
