The gray skies, rain, snow and cold was the catalyst that started the journey from Long Island, NY to Bradenton. Dr. Saul Ladd and Dr. Alan Katz had been partners since 1960, meeting at Civic Hospital in Detroit, MI, where Dr. Katz was a resident podiatric physician. They built the original office with 6 treatment rooms, operating room and lab at the corner of 18th Street and Cortez Road, just where it is today.

They are some money hungry, money thirsty people with no feelings. I had a $200 visit 3 months ago. At the visit the Dr quoted a price for an ingrown toenail surgery.l didn't have that much at the time, so I had to save up the money. Now that I got the money, they wanna charge $125 JUST TO SAY, " I CAN SET UP SURGERY NOW". That's more money that I don't. NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!!

After 15+ years of using this group I guess some of the staff thinks that wearing a COVID-19 mask makes them GOD. After being told which door to go in by one staffer another one physically pushed me out of the door way and told me that I couldn't us this door. After I complained about the treatment and told them that wearing a mask and COVID-19 didn't give them the right to manhandle patients, a few days later I received a letter in the mail telling me that they will be terminating their services to me due to "inappropropirate behavior toward staff". The letter was signed with a scribal in green

The ONLY reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the receptionists and office staff are friendly.
I have taken my son twice to the Bradenton office. The first time I told the doctor what treatment we were currently doing and that it wasn't working. Instead of changing the treatment or going another route, she told me to continue (mediplast for plantar warts). And to follow up in a month.
Second visit was terrible. Waited over an hour to get a room. They called us back, and we walk over, only to find the room is already occupied... walk back to waiting room. Call us again, walk over

I will say the doctor I saw was very good. The staff needs a lot more training. They took my insurance card and didnt tell me they were not a provider. I ended up stuck with a bill that I should not have been. I called to discuss it and there was no budging on the balance even after a confidential letter sent to physician. Be careful when you go to double check otherwise you will pay at the end!

I have been treated by one of the satellite offices in Ellington for about a year and a half. While undergoing progressive treatment I injured one of my feet which aggravated an on-going condition to the point surgery was needed. I had the surgery at the main center in Bradenton. During my care I have enjoyed nothing but professional and caring treatment. They have worked with me as best they can on some last minute appointment changes and I cannot say enough about the positive interaction I had at the surgery center. The staff has answered every question I've had, my procedures have all been explained

The staff was very friendly, making personal connection and great conversation throughout my stay. The doctor answered all my questions and was very gentle with my ankle. Not only was my visit pleasurable, but I spoke to the doctor because I could not afford insurance and he did what he could to financially accommodate me. I was very happy with the help I received from the doctor and the techs!

I do not have enough nice things to say about this office. The entire staff--from nurses to those who handle insurance billing and appointment setting--were all wonderful. First, I was able to be seen the very next day after I made the appointment. I had to wait for an entire month to see a different doctor I was referred to who said he couldn't help me at all, and I had almost given up on resolving the issues, but my toe was turning colors that a toe should not be. Eww. I needed to have a toenail removed due to multiple issues, and Dr. Katz addressed my problems conservatively and with concern
