These people don't care about the patient's well being. I was doing a favor for a friend by dropping off a patient to have a toe nail removed for an 11 oclock appointment. Apparently the nail has been causing her pain for months. Keep in mind she has dementia. They said she cancelled the appointment less than an hour before. She has Dementia so of course she had no clue!. I said she has dementia and a lot of pain. please Help her I'm just doing a favor I'm not related so please figure something out for her I have to go. I left like planned and when I came back they said they couldn't reschedule
