It ended up getting sold before my wife and I had a chance to view it, but Jose called me to inform me it was no longer available. At the time, my wife and I really weren't seriously looking to purchase a home. I relayed that to Jose, and he gave me some advice on how to go about purchasing a home. I live out of Town and didn't know who to call for my mothers trust sell of her home, but I could not have found a better realtor and person!!! Jose is the BEST!! As first time home buyers using a VA loan we needed someone who knew the market, the VA loan process and would keep it real at all times. Jose met all of those requirements for us and then some. He helped us find the perfect home in record time (a couple of months). Jose and his team accomplished what others couldn't, and succeded in ridding us of our condo, which had become a boat anchor around our neck, and scored us $3000 relocation money in the process!
We tried to get a HAFA shortsale through another realtor first, but he FAILED! Through paperwork mistakes and lack of communication our shortsale was approved by Wells Farge, but not through HAFA, hence no relocation money. He tried to convinve us to accept the approval offered, and forget about the money. Needless to say we fired him, but he cost us months of lost time and many headaches in the process

As you can see by the reviews Jose is THE best! Recently buying a home Jose was there to help us get thru a stressful matter. He was always making us feel comfrontable and he was very friendly but keeping it professional at the same time. Jose is the man. If you are trying to short sell your home, Jose is an excellent resource for all things short sale and pre-foreclosure related. I worked with him in the short selling of my home. My wife and I found Jose online and was weary at first, but when we actually spoke to him on the phone he immediately put all our concerns to rest. He has so much knowledge and experience in Short Sale, and he broke it all down making it easy to understand. There were some difficulties with our short sell however Jose guided us in the right direction and got us the results that we needed. He's always a phone call away and is pleasant to talk to.
