Over the course of a year Laurence took us to view approximately 100 houses in the Danville/Alamo/ Lafayette areas. Laurence is probably one of the most trustworthy real estate agents in the Bay Area. I have dealt with multiple agents that just want to make the sell as soon as possible. When we set out to buy our first home this January, we had no idea we would be doing so in the midst of a pandemic. Although we had strict criteria to find a house in a specific area, we quickly learned we would have to expand our search to get more for our dollar. Laurence actually helped me find a place to lease. I wanted to move closer to work but didn't have time to look (because of work). He saved me a ton of time by finding some great options for me based on my needs/wants. It worked out great. He pretty much did everything for me except move my stuff! Haha. Laurence helped me with a home purchase within my family recently. He guided me to a local real estate attorney (Bay Area) to hash out the wrinkles in the mortgage contract. Whenever I had a question he was available to talk, text or email. One unique trait I observed was his calmness while I berated him with various scenarios and questions involving the home purchasing process.
He didn't charge me because I didn't require a real estate professional for my specific transaction and he felt it was unethical to do so; I did send him a care package and will definitely direct any referrals
