The one star is a VERY generous gesture towards maybe TWO people that work there. This place is the absolute worst. Customer service is terrible. After navigating a million phone prompts, you will reach someone who states they can not help you and you will be re-routed at least 3 times. They have you put a credit card on file stating that they charge deductibles on that, however that is not the case, they ask for detectible separately then auto charge for appointments automatically, I ended up with $647 charge that I did not authorize. We have not been to SOPC in TWO years... and JUST had money taken directly out of our account with no explanation. Finally spoke to someone that said they mailed a bill 5 days before that to "inform" us... we did not receive the bill and have informed delivery from USPS so I get a scan of every piece of mail that is delivered... I went back to look in case we missed it, nope was never sent. The person on the phone was absolutely rude and I would never recommend someone go here because apparently that means they can pull money from your account years later with no notice. This is horrible

Call center was awful. The wait time just to a hurdle was ridiculous. When I finally got through I was able to schedule an appointment for my son for a little over a week out . The day before our appointment we got a voice mail that our appointment was cancelled due to my sons age. He's 13 and they don't see children! I couldn't Believe the call center didn't know this & wasted our time waiting for our appointment when we could Have just gone somewhere else.

I walked in with a broken wrist and Dr. Kalmes was so good. I am now 6 weeks and finally out of a cast and into a brace. It was my left hand and I am left handed. He was so sympathetic and caring. I can' t say enough good things about the way I was taken care of. It was all about me and my comfort. I would recommend Dr. any time. I thank him so much for caring for me. The only other time I was there was to see Dr. Majors for. Y thumbs and he as well was so good and caring about me.

While the doctor is great, the phone system SUCKS. It's now 8:20 am, I've been hung up on twice and directed to the wrong department once. Someone is supposed to call me back to schedule an appointment, but I really don't have high hopes that the message will be delivered, or that, if it is, someone will call back. Not very professional, especially since this is the point of first contact.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The office staff at Sierra Pacific Orthopedics is awful. They have been jerking me around for 2 weeks while I suffer from a broken foot and hand. Their office manager Nicole is heartless, incompetent, and should not be entrusted with running a practice seeing as every single one her staff is completely clueless as to what the requirements are for an appointment. One of the worst experiences I have had with a medical office in my life. This was my first time at the office. I went to get my hand diagnosed by a physician Assistant which recommended that I have surgery because I have a trigger finger. I was told that a Marlene segura from scheduling would get back to and schedule an appointment this happened on the 3rd of May I called her on the 5th of may and was told that I needed to wait for approval from the insurance and she would get back to me, I called her a couple of times and no answer only voicemail. Which I left a couple but still no response

I will never return here. I've been to a lot of doctors in my day, but I've never experienced such a ridiculous financial policy and I have two insurances! They wanted my credit card on file so they could automatically bill me without giving me the opportunity to review the bill to ensure it has passed through my two insurances correctly. When I declined that process, then they wanted to charge me $250 so I have "money on file" instead of what should have been a $25 first-time visit co-pay. I declined my appointment and walked out. I'll find someplace else, thank you.

I overpaid my bill by over $1000 and have been trying to get my money back for over 6 months. They dont argue that they owe me they just wont return my money to me. I may have to get an attorney to make them return my money. I would never recommend Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic and spine center to anyone.

A couple of years ago I had surgery on my right shoulder. It started out one thing, but hen Dr. Nuzzo opened it he, he saw a plethora of issues. He repaired it all. I followed the physical therapy directives; and today, even though I can't throw like I used to, I have ZERO pain in my shoulder. Dr. Nuzzo was very knowledgeable and thorough, with an excellent bedside manner.
The physical therapists are fantastic. I typically gave them a run for their money (in a fun way), but they always rolled with the punches.

I've had two surgeries here - overall the results were very satisfactory.
While SPOC is a big business, I wish the front staff would try and be more pleasant and customer minded.
For example, in the waiting room, a staff member loudly announces a patient's name followed by the following order: "turn right, 2nd door on right" or "turn right, 3rd door on right."
No "good morning", "how ya doing", "welcome to SPOC" . . . nothing.
The customer/patient is hurting. That's why they're there in the first place. Be nice if staff
