Make sure that the Anesthesiologist used in your procedure is covered by your insurance as Regional Hand Center takes no responsibility for using an out of network provider, even though they obtained the pre-approval for the procedure through your insurance and you will be stuck with paying the bill! Ours was $2413.

Excellent patient care with focus on pain relief! Dr Galli and his team are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I absolutely love the direct interaction with Dr Galli and and his attention to detail capturing my physical complaints.
☮️ I have started to call ahead to check Dr Galli’s schedule a couple hours before my appointment. It works really well and all team associates are very kind and professional.
Dr Galli does spend the time with his patients and he is well worth the wait!!

5 hours after my wife's appointment time she was still waiting. We were told a pin removal would be done with a local and take 15 to 20 minutes. Well this guy might be one of the best hand surgeon's. But some of his staff is rude. There's little to no respect for the patients time. We were told this is a daily thing with him. If your not his first appointment reschedule!!!!!.

Worst service ever! My doctor sent them a SAT order, but they never called me, and when they did, they blamed the other doctors staff. They lied to me and my doctors staff several times, and have still yet to call me to schedule an appointment for surgery, and I have left them several messages with no call back.

This is the place to go when you have to have hand surgery. I brought my mom here for severe carpal tunnel of her right hand. Dr. Yalom and her caring team made my mom feel very comfortable and well cared for. Her surgery has had a fabulous recovery and she is able to paint again. I recommend Regional Hand Center to everyone!

I had a procedure done in December here at Regional Hand Center with Dr. Galli. Dr. Galli was extremely attentive and made sure to address all concerns and questions in great detail. He kept me informed throughout the whole pre--op process, during surgery, and post surgery. All of the nurses were continuously checking up on me while in recovery to make sure I was comfortable before going home. His staff followed up with me a week after to check on me and asked if I had any additional questions. I would recommend Regional Hand Center to anyone who wants the highest level of care, I cannot speak

I saw Dr Stehr for arthritic tendonitis and surgery was recommended. He told me the surgery scheduler would call within 3 days. While I waited for that call I had a lot of time for research and was feeling overwhelmed with how the Dr did not tell me about the possible side effects for surgery on my dominant hand. No problem because I didn't get a call to schedule surgery for 12 days. So now I'm seeing a different doctor in a different office soon. My gut told me that if scheduling was a problem that there would be further issues with this office. Only gave two stars because I liked Dr. Stehr's

My surgery experience I had here over 1 year ago was exceptional, as was the overall treatment and care provided by staff. Now understand, my opinion is biased (because I also work here - going on 4 years), but here are some facts: not every interaction may be the best, but we constantly strive to better ourselves and patient customer service. If you are wanting surgery, plan for the wait, whether it’s 1 hour or 5- plan to be flexible. Any surgery (at any facility) can go longer than expected, which does indeed cause others’ wait times to grow, but wouldn’t you want that extra time spent
