I'm trying to understand what is wrong with the phone lines at this place. I've been calling for 2 days, since i recieved a call from them. I haven't had my call answered. This place is horrible! The nurses are nice for the most part but my grandmother went here for rehabilitation and has not had the first minute of rehab in the week she’s been here! How is she to recover from a hip surgery without rehab??? They are falsely charging Medicare and Medicaid for services my grandmother is not getting. Can’t wait to get her transferred ASAP before this place lets her die of blood clots and bedsores! I’ll be reporting this to the department of health and welfare and to Medicare for fraud!

My brothter, William got two bad sores on his hand and foot! The staff called my sister 5 to 6 times insisting that the doctor was writing orders. This was negligence. I am glad he is gone!! We moved him back to Greenville to check on him better. I see why their rating is low for providing quality care.
