Services
Our residents and their care is our first priority from ensuring the most homelike atmosphere starting with their living quarters to fun activities that bring joy and excitement. We celebrate birthdays, work on creative activities such as arts and crafts, or interactive games such as bingo and dominos.
Our professionals have been highly trained to provide compassionate care for the unique needs of our residents. Our programming provides emotional and therapeutic activities to maintain the remaining strengths and abilities of each resident. Special emphasis is placed on recognizing individuality and contributing to the resident's self worth.
As a Medicare Certified, Medicaid Approved skilled nursing center, Ruleville offers 24-hour nursing care provided by licensed, certified, and long-tenured staff. I have been here at Ruleville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC for six (6) years, and during that time I have been elected resident council president.
Our rehab center is staffed with a dynamic and caring team of clinical professionals that work in unison with licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists. We offer a variety of comprehensive rehabilitation programs focusing on post hospital recovery, orthopedic, neurologic, pulmonary and other medically complex conditions that allow patients to return to their previous level of functioning following an injury, illness or accident.
This program is for patients with decreased balance that are at risk for falls. Each patient is evaluated by nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech-language therapy. Patient's deemed at risk will receive an individualized treatment plan. This plan includes training to decrease fall risk in their living environment and to improve safety during their day-to-day activities.

Staff, lie... lie..lie... HATEFUL AND DON'T CARE FOR THOSE WHOM ARE STUCK AT THIS NASTY PLACE. The condition of this place is deplorable. Spiders, the smell, patients not being cared for, if I could put 0 stars I would. AWFUL PLACE. If you have family or friends here you better be checking on them. If at all possible get them out. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN.
