If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful with communication and forever had changing numbers. I’ve been trying to get my house refinanced since the beginning of the year but his lack of response and awful demeanor as well as uncertainty in numbers is why we never closed. It took months for him to get my land surveyed as well as figuring closing costs. When I talked to multiple other mortgage companies they agreed that was a ridiculous time frame. I originally left a bad review that he asked me to take down. This has been the most awful experience so hopefully I’ll save someone else the headache

Ben was excellent with helping us buy our home. He is easy to get in touch with, responds quickly to emails, phone calls and text messages. He explained everything to us and made sure we were kept informed of what step in the process we were in. He even came to closing to ensure everything went as planned. Great company Jimmy Briant worked very hard to help me and my fiancé with a F.H.A loan after quicken gave us the run around we are in the process of buying our home so far everything is running smooth I recommend this company to anyone in Saint Tammany parish and the surrounding areas if your trying to buy a home give Alpha a try
