The current reviews were so positive, and finding a reliable car/taxi service is difficult, so I booked Limo Chief for rides to and from two NYC area airports for a business trip in January. The ride out to the airport on my departure day was fine: the car showed up on time, drove to the airport efficiently, and beyond a problem with putting the tip on the credit card the trip was uneventful.
The airport pick up later in the week didn't go as well. When I went outside I didn't see a car waiting, so I called Limo Chief's main number to find out where it was. The response was that

These guys are great. I've used them twice for airport rides and both times were so easy, pleasant, and stress-free. The first flight I booked them for was a last minute flight...that left at 7am the next morning. I had had a family emergency and booked my flight at midnight the night before. I googled 24-hour limo services at 12:30am, and a few popped up. After making several calls to other places, these guys were able to accommodate me, and were incredibly nice even with the last minute booking. The driver showed up fifteen minutes early (and the pickup was already scheduled for 5:15am)

I came across this company while walking some time ago. I was approached by Adam and handed me their business card. I needed a car one day and tried them and as what everybody here is saying, they are absolutely the friendliest people you can find, always on time and their cars are new and the cleanest I've seen. I use them since if I needed a car, very reliable and dependable.
