This agency is absolutely the worst. They deserve zero stars. Their incompetence in quoting HomeOwner's insurance caused me to pay for two policies in full when they bound the policies. One insurer canceled my policy within 3 weeks because my home's value exceeded their insurable amount. And the agent did not realize this?
When I asked this superstar agent to find me a replacement within the three weeks that my coverage remained in place, he never responded. Told me he would speak with a colleague to try to get the issue corrected but then never responded to my repeated emails.

I did the commercial insurance with Frank Jr with a good price and initially was very helpful but when I trying to renew my insurance they didn’t give me any assistance and just told me that I had to settle with metlife insurance. when I contacting metlife they asked me for the policy number and they’re couldn’t find that. There was no such policy number provided by Pettineo! So I ended up getting frustrated so it’s for other reasons like a simple change of address and they didn’t want to change it for me. I do not recommend this insurance agency to anyone.
