My name is Matt Remuzzi and I own CapForge, Inc., a San Diego, CA based Corporation I founded in 2000 and incorporated in 2003. I have a BA and an MBA as well as various bookkeeping certifications. I am also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and have been for years. I've written a book, "QuickBooks Bookkeeping: The 10 Most Common Mistakes Everyone Makes and How to Fix Them" that you can find on Amazon and read if you are so inclined.
CapForge takes care of the bookkeeping needs for all of my businesses. I am very happy with their responsiveness and rates. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of accounting and/or bookkeeping services. After going through 7 accountants/bookkeeper in the past 3 years, I finally found a great company to do business with that can accommodate our needs.
Provide us with access to your statement info (5 minutes of work, or in many cases ZERO minutes, depending on your bank's account delegation availability). You just write them as you normally would or have whoever normally does it for you keep doing it. We can also show you how to set up online bill pay for almost anything you would write a check for to make it even easier to manage.
For the first client referred, you get $100. For the second one, another $100. For the third one, you get the same $100 plus another bonus of $50. The bonuses increase until you get to the point where you've sent us 10 clients and then the payout levels off. And so on means, you get a $100 bonus for every fourth additional client you send our way above 10, for as long as you keep sending us clients.
Your small business is a complicated, specialized operation and it deserves someone who understands the ins and outs of the bookkeeping, accounting and financials. We can help! Your bookkeeping needs to be timely and we guarantee you will get your numbers on time, or early, every time.

I have been using CapForge for about 4 years. I started a side gig selling on Amazon and did not have the capacity to handle my own accounting alongside my full time job. Absolutely the worse tax professionals I have ever dealt with. They took my money for three months and didn't do a single thing. They promised to help me save money with QuickBooks, nope another lie. Then when they attempted to set up their profile with QuickBooks it completely shut down my company and locked everyone out. They didn't know what to do.
