Everything from model trains and video game consoles in the waiting room, to flat screen televisions, prizes and personalized "tickets" will provide your child with a memorable, fun experience. Our goal is that our office will provide a dental home that is positive and enjoyable for children of all ages.

Southwest Pediatric Dentistry was established in 2005 by Dr. Gregory A. Fought. Since our doors opened we have been the dental home for thousands of children in southeast Nebraska. Our pediatric dental practice is dedicated to providing superior dental care in a child-friendly environment. We strive to educate, motive and promote good dental health.
Our primary service is creating an environment that is specifically designed to care for children. Achieving this goal begins with a dentist specifically educated to treat children, a staff with years of experience caring for children, and an office built to inspire a child's imagination. A pediatric dentist has received additional training to provide complete dental services for all children from infancy through adolescence.
Before your child's first appointment, discuss the positive aspects of the visit with them, such as the importance of having healthy teeth and a good smile. You can also explain that the doctor will count and take pictures of his/her teeth. Remember, you play a large role in your child's perception of the dental experience, so it is important to convey a relaxed and comfortable attitude toward visiting the dentist.
Dental emergencies usually occur after regular office hours! For that reason, Southwest Pediatric Dentistry maintains a 24-hour emergency service program for our patients and parents. We are available to you anytime in the event of an accident, dental pain or infection. You are encouraged to contact us after office hours at (402) 730-8524.
Dr. Fought was born and raised in Lincoln. He graduated from Lincoln East High School in 1994 and Arizona State University in 1998. He received his D.D.S. from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in 2003. Dr. Fought then completed two additional years of post-doctoral training in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric dental disease at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. Greg and his supporting staff are beyond amazing. From the moment we walk into the door until the time we leave is always a very good experience. My oldest does so so well every time and loves chit chatting with everyone. My nearly 2 year old just had his first appointment, he did so great! The staff provides such a relaxing environment and of the prize token at the end is something to look forward to! Dr. Greg is so informative and really takes time to discuss and talk though things. I hands down highly recommend Southwest Pediatric Dentistry!!!
