Tammy took the time to talk to me and figure out exactly what I needed and suggested what she felt would be the best way to go for my hair. Honestly, I was super impressed by her honesty, and the end result was the best haircut and color I think I have EVER had.
I will definitely go back and absolutely recommend this salon. Their price point is fair and the service is second to none.

I get my hair done here all the time. Joe is the best and one of a kind. Waiting time is zero. Gilda who colors my hair and styles it.. is one of the sweetest colorist I've ever had. She always makes sure you're pleased. Overall the staff from appointments to the end is nothing less than great. See you soon!!!!!

Chiara cut and colored my hair for my wedding day. I think we did the color about 3 weeks before and the cut about 5 weeks before so that by the time the wedding day came it wasn't too harsh or blunt. It turned out amazing! I have naturally red hair so it's really hard to get it right. She got both the color (natural red with some very subtle gold ombre) and cut (long layers with a rounded bottom) absolutely perfect. I felt very natural and very "me" on my wedding day but just a more enhanced version :) Could not be happier and will definitely be going back!

Both my Husband and son go to Linea for their hair cuts. I love their stylist Monika! She always does a great job. But the place is sort of dumpy inside. Needs a major update for the prices they charge. From the minute you walk in the door to the bathrooms, all of it is very dated and does not seem like a salon/spa experience.

I was in desperate need of a haircut so on a whim on Saturday morning, I gave this place a call and they had an appointment for me within the next hour.
It looks really small from the outside but it's actually a pretty big salon. I was a bit nervous because there was a lot of elderly people there, but if they can tolerate cranky old ladies then they must be the nicest people on the planet.
I can't remember my stylist's name, but she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and personable. She did a fantastic job and I already booked my next appointment with her.

A very clean, warm, and rustic atmosphere inside. Front desk is very helpful in answering an questions via phone. Every stylist is literally a master of their craft. I get gift certificates for all my female family members and relatives that are serious about their appearance. Stylists are familiar with all hair cuts styles from very conservative to very edgy and avant garde. Price range is very reasonable considering service skill level.

LOVE IT!
I moved to Glen Ellyn a few years ago and was very hesitant to try a new stylist. Luckily, I found & Linea! This spot is great because it is comfortable, yet well-maintained, they have a fantastic and personable staff, and Chiara, my stylist, is wonderful! She got my color and cut right on the first try and continues to be fantastic three years later! Not only are the stylists great, but everyone from the shampoo girls to the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating.

I've gone here a few times and I really like it.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars: The location is not ideal and parking is a nightmare, the girl who shampooed me was a little rough, and you can't put your tip on your credit card.
I didn't know about the last one and I'm obviously not going to stiff a stylist, so I had to drive to find an ATM and head back there. (Where I got stuck at a railroad crossing. Again, location.)
That said, I love the staff. They all seem very friendly and like they have long-term relationships with their clients. They offer you drinks

I've gone here twice for an all-over color. My hair is notoriously difficult to get right. Although it's a pretty simple color brown, it never seems to take the color correctly and I usually end up with roots that are significantly lighter than the ends.
The first time I went there, I ended up needing to get it colored a second time (and they fixed it without any trouble). The second time I went, though, Stefan, a different stylist, was really great and somehow got the color exactly right on the first try. Not an easy feat! I spent over an hour on the internet searching for a place to get my hair cut. I was being pretty picky though. It had to be a hair salon and they had to take walk-ins. I had already been considering a haircut for a few days. I am a spontaneous person so if I'm going to chop 18 inches off my mane, then I need it to happen PDQ!

My sister got an amazing cut here, and I could tell this person knew and loved doing hair.
I called for an appointment with Aric. A very friendly woman named Stephanie helped me over the phone, and let me know about the payment options. I was grateful for the run down, as they do not add tips to credit cards there. I would have felt terrible had I not known.
