As a partner at Caress Worland Law Group, Lance Worland dedicates his entire practice to assisting individuals who have been injured or killed by the carelessness of others. Lance and his team didn't do to much for me. I was lied to a few times and have emails also to prove it. I told them the only way I would settle with that amount is if all my hospital bills was paid... needless to say I'm still receiving letters saying I owe a few 1000 dollars due to the accident.. I was not happy at all the way it went down for me.

I highly recommend Tim Caress and his team for a medical malpractice/wrongful death lawsuit. Our case started in 2018 and resolved recently. Our case was very time sensitive and unique. Tim and his team were very empathetic when talking to us as we were very emotional about what had happened. Tim Caress is not the caring advocate he wants you to think he is. He tells you one thing, but refuses reasonable requests for transparency and to be kept informed. In fact, he snaps and says he wouldn't enjoy being micromanaged, so he quits representing you, leaving you hanging. Do not hire this attorney to represent you or you will suffer more hurt than you have already sufferred. His self-interest will come before yours. You deserve better.

Stay far, far away. This group is dishonest and incompetent. My case was doomed from the start by a cognition-challenged "paralegal" named Monica. When I hired Lance Worland he told me he alone would be working on my case. In two hours my case was turned over to a bubble-headed bleach blond and Lance left town. The next four days became a nightmare as I was forced to deal with this mall-rat of an excuse.. She does not listen, remember or pay attention. She has lied consistently as her follow-up contradicts her previous statements. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR SETTLEMENT MONEY TO PAY THE SALARY
