I had my auto & renters insurance through Marchionne for more than two years. To sum up the overall experience, it’s a disaster and here’s why.
1. I contacted them to reduce the coverage temporarily as I’m going to be out of country and my car will be parked for 3 months. Only comprehensive coverage is needed in this case. They told me they did the best that can be done. But next month my premium is auto-deducted, which about 5$ less than regular premium. I contacted about why the premium did not go down much. They said it should have been lowered more, but they did a poor job. I told them
