Most of the clients are Chinese speakers - Mandarin Cantonese and Tai Shan. Their agents speak all dialects of Chinese. It is an unassuming office in the Tai Tung block on Harrison. This is the one place where you can pick up insurance for all your needs in one place. Kudos to Chan Insurance for being a big supporter of the Chinatown community!

Vicky was a super help!! Needed insurance fast as I just bought a Mercedes and my insurance company wanted me to go out to the boonies to have them stamp my registration. I was able to walk in at 4:30pm, and she had me out the door with all my coverage for a great price and I was at the RMV and with my new plates by 4:55! Thank you! Thank you! (and thanks to the friendly man near the RMV who directed me to Chan Insurance!)

They're actually @ 220 Harrison Avenue. Right in the Tai Tung area of Chinatown.
Chan Insurance is an agency that works for a myriad of insurance companies offering insurance for auto, home, etc, but I came here for auto insurance. It's my 1st time buying on my own! Yay! When I walked in, I saw a woman sitting at her desk behind a cube. Not much of an introduction or a welcome, so I spoke first.
They were able to get me a great rate, well, since I've had my licence for 10 years and no accidents, etc.
Got insurance for around $800 with Arbella. Woot!
The girl was not super professional
