Brothers, R. Stephen Scott and Gregory A. Scott, have practiced together since the late 1970s. Their father and predecessor, Robert F. Scott, founded the firm in 1947 and continued to serve as a consultant to the firm until March of 2006. Greg's son, Jared M. Scott, who has practiced since 2001, was the next generation to join the firm.

Jared M. Scott is a third-generation attorney and partner at Scott & Scott, P.C., following grandfather, Robert F. Scott, uncle, R. Stephen Scott and father, Gregory A. Scott. Jared is an experienced trial lawyer who has practiced in Chicago and Springfield, IL since 2001. Throughout his career, Jared has achieved successful results for his clients through trial, mediation, arbitration, and settlement.
Pamela E. Hart is a partner at Scott & Scott, P.C. She joined the firm in 2009 after having clerked for the firm in 2007 and 2008. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2009, graduating summa cum laude. She graduated magna cum laude from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.

This divorce firm is purely in hunt of a rich couple having a small drift. You take an appointment for a primary consultation. They will explain all the worst scenarios that can happen to you, scare a female, push her in to divorce, stretch a divorce case for possible the longest time, sometimes for years. Do not bill a penny initially, loose a case, break the entire family and then all of a sudden send a $100,000 invoice to a poor lady who just lost his family and went through a nasty divorce. I have personally come across 3 separate clients who used this firm and got ripped off in hundreds of
