In Kern County California an arrest warrant is based upon some evidence presented to the court that would lead a reasonable person to believe that the subject individual has been involved in a violation of the law. The evidence presented is categorized as probable cause. Once the judge recognizes the probable cause and signs the warrant for arrest, the document becomes an active warrant.
Recently I had an expedience with Patriots Bail Bond regarding a family member. I have a 28 year background with the law so I thought I fully understood the Bail Bond System. Amazing service!! I give this place 10 stars, because they go above and beyond job duties. Amanda is truly a blessing as she is compassionate and hard working. I have never used a bail bondsman before. When I spoke with Amanda she was absolutely God sent. She walked us through the entire process and made it so easy. Our nephew was released very fast and Amanda was extremely responsive. Due to Covid 19 she provided us masks and a personal hand sanitizer when we met at the office. The meeting at the office was quick because we were able to do most of the contracts online. Thank God for Patriot Bail Bonds hands down the best Bakersfield Bail Bonds

They're very friendly and reliable, flexible, and incredibly compassionate, which is all you could really ask for when you're in a sticky situation. I had the most wonderful experience with Patriot Bail Bonds. Ive used other companies in the past for family members but they do not compare whatsoever.
