Cowboy Bail Bonds is a bonding company that was founded in 1969 by Clyde "Buddy" Epps. His goal was to provide Kern County with prompt, reliable, honest, courteous, and confidential bail bond services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. To this day, it is still our mission to follow those same guiding principles of honesty and reliability.
Can I arrange for bail as soon as I have been arrested or as soon as I know a friend or a loved one has been arrested? Generally bail may not be posted until a defendant has completed the arrest and booking procedures in the individual jurisdiction. This was my first time ever having to use bail services when I did back in November. I checked Yelp when my husband called asking for help with a bail. I called three or four bondsman the night before court but none of them answered. The owner of Cowboy was the only bondsman to pick up the phone. He was knowledgeable and had great advice even suggesting he thought OR would be granted instead of bail. He was honest and different than most bonds people I've dealt with. He even showed up in court the next morning even though it was likely that a bond wouldn't even have to be posted.
I highly recommend.

It was our first time being in a situation where we had to use a bail bond for our brother-in-law in Washington. Unfortunately they did not have any agents near the area but I gave it 5 stars because regardless of being unable to bail they were absolutely helpful in advising us on certain things for first timers.

I recently found myself having a bad day! I was originally arrested and then released on my own recognizance . Upon going to court the judge and the district attorney asked for bail to be set. I had a little amount of time. I called Cow Boy Bail Bonds. Steve answered the phone and was nothing but professional and helpful.
