Started out great. Sadly the deal ran into some road blocks and they were no help with explaining next steps for getting deposit etc or being any help.
Manager said he would call but never heard back. Workers can’t talk about file since it’s been given to manger.
For something as important as buying a house you need someone that will help guide you through even when things get tough. Sadly we didn’t have that here
Thankfully we got everting sorted and will be using another company going forward.

I can't say enough good things about Micheal and his team. Not only were they very personable and knowledgeable but they guided me every step of the way thru the crazy process of buying a home. They patiently answered all my questions and took time out to educate me on all things contract.
I also liked the little phone app they use to allow me to upload all the documents needed by the lenders. Just take a pic with my phone and upload. It was so easy. No need to scan and fax.

My title agent was so helpful, & was always on top of things. I didn’t have to call for any updates, as he was always calling and updating me on my closing. My closing went super smooth. The receptionist was soooo sweet. She made us coffee & offered us snacks…really really caring. I had so many questions for my title agent, and he was so experienced and able to answer all my questions and concerns. This office was really knowledgeable and family oriented… hard to find this now a days. So happy to be in our new home!

Negative 5. They were the title co on a house I closed on 8/21/15. Several hrs before the closing they called and asked me to give them an additional $5000. for their client, the seller, because he owed taxes. I said no, I have a contract and won't pay anymore. Then they tried to hit up my agent for the money. Who does this?
We did close that day, but they neglected to disperse monies owed to the HOA from the seller. Isn't that their only job? They claimed they mailed it. It never showed up. I had my agent pick up a check. It was the wrong amount. Again-isn't this their only job? We picked up
