Throughout the years, your new property may have changed hands many times through sale, inheritance, foreclosure or bankruptcy. Each transfer was an opportunity for an error in title to arise. As a rather fussy Mortgage Originator from Boston I have been quite impressed by the way my own purchase was handled by Jim & Heather.
The level of communication & responsiveness were 2nd to none!
I can't imagine using any other Title company on my FLA deals going forward.
If a Boston office is ever opened these guys would definitely be my go to!

I called multiple tittle companies to request estimated closing cost for a transaction, and Alliant prices were not only reasonable, but they responded to my request in between an hour.
Eric Loor worked with me since day one and he was very helpful and responsive during a very time sensitive transaction.

I called this place to get advice and spoke to Tim regarding the crazy experience that I am having with another title company. To be honest, it would have been the perfect opportunity for him to encourage my distrust in the current title company I am using as well as encourage me to use his services instead. However, he took this opportunity to be honest with me and help me understand what was most likely happening with the current title company that I am with. He further helped me to understand that it was likely not their fault. He made it clear to me what he could do to help and was up front

Timothy is simply the best, explaining every detail of the closing. With all of the stories I’ve heard, I was very uncomfortable because of the unexpected. But when I arrived, it was the complete opposite. They made us feel important, we we could ask any question and we trusted his answers. I had the best experience using them for my title company. Saved me money from the bank fees, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They responded to all my questions the same day. They kept me in the loop of the transaction and thru the entire process was extremely professional. Will recommend them to everyone I know.
