Robert F. Dowden is a 30 year pharmacist, raised in north Texas, having graduated with a professional degree in pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin, College of Pharmacy in 1988. He is also a North Texas State (UNT) alum. Since 1995, Robert Dowden has held board certifications in compounding, immunizations and diabetes care, has managed pharmacies, and led multi-store personnel in the north Texas area.

Staff is very sweet...but that being said, slowest pharmacy ever!! I knew this when I had my doctor call in my RX today so I gave them FOUR hours. After not hearing anything, I called and it hadn't even been processed. Then I was asked to wait another 45 minutes.
The time before that I waited probably 6 hours before going in to get RX then still waited in house for 30 minutes, after sitting in drive thru for 20 and being asked to come inside.
The drive thru line takes 20+ minutes every time to get through and honestly, I'll just start spending that 20 minutes driving to Justin and get my RX filled

Robert the pharmacist called me last night at closing because he noticed my 83 yr old Mother

Best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Robert treats you like family and takes the time to welcome all new clients and explain the medication and dosage to you. They went out of their way to help me with a special situation where I was out of my medicine and needed it ASAP. They faxed the doctor to remind him where I get my medicine sent. When I arrived at Greenbriar they were expecting me and even helped me save money on my prescription through their rewards program that made it cheaper than my insurance, and I have the Cigna premier plan. You won’t find a better pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had my prescriptions filled at. First I drop off my prescriptions and I call them after not hearing from them for a couple of days, and the tech tells me that my prescriptions are ready for pickup. I go to pick them up that following morning and the pharmacist claims they don’t have my prescriptions. Then they finally find my prescription form and tell me that the tech wrote hold until patient is ready on the top so it never got filled. He tells me that it should take around 10 minutes for them to fill it. After ten minutes they hand over 3 out of the 10 pills because

I am just highly impressed at the care and concern that they put forth to take care of their customers. After finding out that my very small prescription was very expensive for what it was, they went the extra mile with my insurance company in finding out why it was different then before and worked with my doctor on the prescription to rectify the issue. To say the least, I was highly impressed with the personal type of care and concern for me. We are not personal friends with this Pharmacist or anyone that works there but I wouldn't mind if we were. They're obviously great at what they do! If

The people at Greenbriar Pharmacy are great. Getting your perscriptions can be a hassel, they do a great job of making it easier for you. I really apprecaite the service they provide. We moved here from different area of Texas, they have been awesome to work with.
