After an unfortunate situation with my dermatologist, I called and spoke with Candy and received the best customer service ever! She was able to give me all the information I needed to know about my prescription. This was my first experience with Bristol Pharmacy but it for sure will NOT be my last! Thank you Candy! And also, thank you to the whole team for making my day!

They were helpful when my order had insurance problems, but I was shocked that most people were not wearing masks. There were are least 10 people working there processing orders very close together and only 3-4 were wearing masks with the cashier's being below her nose. When I asked about this they said their policy was personal preference. I was not impressed with their medical precautions.

I have only been a customer for a little over a month and I have had nothing but excellent customer service. I will continue to support this pharmacy because unlike larger pharmacies their customer service and pickup times are on point every single time. Each time that I have been inside all employees have had masks on. Thank you for having your customers and employees best interests in remaining safe.

I really want to like this pharmacy but every time I go in, I get frustrated with the lady who appears to be the office manager. On top of always being rude at every pick up, she was not wearing a mask when I picked up my order yesterday. They do not offer curbside pickup and post a sign on the door that customers must wear a mask upon entering. As I am waiting on my prescription, I look around their small cluttered establishment, noticing the rude lady is sitting at her computer without a mask. The person sitting next to her was wearing her mask under her chin and another person filling orders

Went in, there were a ton of employees and not one of them, except the woman at the cash register (which she took off when she spoke to me the second time I had to go in), was wearing a mask. That would have been okay I guess had they stayed in the back, but they kept coming out and not keeping 6 foot distance. The actual pharmacist who then tried to talk to me and ask if I had any questions was also NOT wearing a mask. Just overall for a place that sells medicine it felt very unprofessional and unsafe. If you have any type of worry about catching COVID cause you or a loved one is immune compromised
