In 1995, SAS Environmental, Inc. opened its doors in Akron, Ohio as an environmental consulting company. We initially specialized in Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments, but as we began providing operation and maintenance on a variety of commercial and industrial remediation systems, we found our team's expertise applicable in landfill leachate collection systems as well.

If it is determined during the Phase II ESA that soil, groundwater, or other media contains hazardous substances and/or petroleum products at concentrations above allowable regulatory levels, then remediation services may be necessary.
