Mr. Schultz specializes in the development of screening levels and site-specific remediation goals and has served on several rules committees for the Ohio EPA Voluntary Action Program (VAP) [Rule 08, 09], and also for the Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR). In 2002, he was sanctioned by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) to instruct courses on Risk Based Corrective Actions (RBCA).
BJAAM Environmental, Inc. was formed in 1989 by a group of geologists to provide a wide range of environmental contracting services. BJAAM employs staff members across a wide array of disciplines ranging from geological sciences, environmental field services, emergency responders, remedial design and engineering, brownfield redevelopment funding, commercial real estate transaction due diligence, and accounting and claim services.
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) defines a brownfield as "a property, the expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of which may be complicated by the presence or potential presence of a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant." Often, these properties are left abandoned due to these complications.
BJAAM Environmental, Inc. has been working to expand in-house drilling and excavation services. Over the past few years, there have been many new pieces of equipment added to support these departments. Field personnel have the knowledge and expertise to safely operate the new BJAAM-owned equipment to get our clients the results they need in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Management(most) do not try to keep employee moral high. Be careful with the interviews. They sugarcoat things to draw people in. Decent pay, okay benefits.
