Been purchasing my car insurance through this company for years. I would get random emails notifying me of my rates going up constantly. When I would call to get new quotes, on the off chance I got a response, I was told there weren’t better options for me. I recently researched insurance on my own and was quoted 1/3 of what I was paying for more coverage. Do yourself a favor and find your insurance on your own. I’m mad I waited so long to!

If you us McKee Insurance please ask for Torri, she treats you as if your important with a fast quick response to your insurance needs. She is so polite. She totally saved me from not having Home Owners Insurance, and she provided me a quote within 24 hours. I will remain with Mckee as long as Torri is around. My wife and I moved from Georgia to Florida in July 2021. I called several providers for quotes prior to calling Torri. We had to get homeowners, vehicle, and RV insurance. One, they were the low cost provider of all quotes, two, the service we received from McKee and Torri was second to none! Within a few minutes of talking with Torri we had everything we needed to file homestead exemption and register our vehicles and RV with the state of Florida. After having moved around the country for the last 19 years, finally an opportunity opened up with my company for us to move back home to Florida. I like to say that hands down Chad Gardner is one of the best Agents I have had the chance to work with. He goes out of his way to make sure that you as a person is taken care of and satisfied. Many times I noticed he even went into after hours just to make sure I am taken care of, now that's what you call dedicated.

I would highly recommend McKee insurance agency. I am pursuing a home in Tallahassee Florida. Chad made it super easy for me and my wife during our process. I called him on a late Friday and he was just about to walk out of the door heading to a prior engagement. He still took the time to take my information and sent me a price quote later that same day, after his appointment. He and his team are really nice and very informative. Just give them a call! Chad Gardner is the best! Lined up homeowners insurance for me at lightening speed when we were on a tight timeline purchasing a new home. My experience with staff have been lovely, however when trying to solve an problem caused by oversight or lack of initiative, Patrick McKee spoke to me in a defensive and chauvinistic tone. He was not professional and was downright rude. Patrick was deferring responsibility and blaming the customer. He never speaks to my husband in this manner and always responds to my husband "I'm already on it". Which I now know is his default response when a customer realizes something isn't right.

So wow--Patrick McKee is working on several quotes for us and actually responded throughout the evening, until 11 pm, with helpful feedback and answers on questions we had with very quick turnaround. I started using McKee Insurance Agency when I turned 16 and needed car insurance. Seeing as to how my parents used McKee, I figured I would do the same and I'm so glad that I did. Grover, Patrick and staff have provided me with car insurance, renters insurance and life insurance of awesome quality and an affordable price. I have had several friends switch over because of the awesome rates.
