Absolutely wonderful antiquing experience. The owners are kind and knowledgeable, and the shop itself is beautiful.

It's a neat little antique place, we bought one-thing just to help out the owner. Most antique stores we visit really just have old junk. Just because something is 30 years old does not make it desirable. I'm glad we stopped in but we wouldn't visit again.

The atmosphere of Walt's Antique Barn is like walking into your grandma's attic. As soon as you cross the threshold you're transported to a different time. With 3 floors, it is easy to loose yourself in the past. Prices are fair and the shopkeeper is a sweet lady with a friendly, unobtrusive manner. Definitely worth the drive.

We love visiting Walt's...lots to see in this multi-level old barn. The main floor has a wide variety of antiques, including nicer items in locked displays -- also kitchen antiques, art glass, books and ephemera; the attic area is home to textiles; the basement is home to "mantiques," larger items like old school desks and bargain-basement merchandise that isn't quite main-floor-worthy. Prices are above "picker" range, but you can often find or negotiate a good deal.

Three-story antique barn out on Mission. This place is packed with items, definitely put it on your list of stops while touring the peninsula. You won't find cheap items, but lots to look through.
