This loan is fully amortized over a 15-year period and features constant monthly payments. Markita Woods is absolutely amazing! An excellent broker and a wonderful person! She is professional, attentive and really knows how to take care of the business! Markita and her colleagues really know the area and the mortgage process. They are helpful and very timely throughout the entire process. Although WestStar Mortgage is a larger lender, Markita's office has a very "hometown" personal feel, and keeps you updated from beginning to closing. Highly recommended.
