I called 20 companies and everyone was booked 2+ weeks out as the weather had just changed. Russell luckily was able to squeeze us in the same day.
Our Kenmore washer broke down two days ago. Called ARAS, yesterday, and Russell was able to come out within two hours to diagnose the problem. He checked it out, turned it on, and after a few minutes, he said the pump was broken. I wrote him a check and he left on his way to pick up the part. I made an appointment for the next morning at 9:30 am for installation.

Russel was super helpful in helping me with getting my new oven in - the old setup was made back in the 80s and needed to be revamped to accept a new 220 outlet.
The install of the plug looks fantastic. Definitely will be contacting him again if I need assistance with any of my appliances in the future!

One more joining the club of of 5 star reviews! I contacted Russell through Yelp when my induction burner wouldn't turn off.. and he quickly responded.. Mind it, I never expected him to come back so quickly, as it was the day after Thanksgiving! Lo and behold, he came in today took a look at my stove and quickly diagnosed my problem.. He fixed it so I could at least have access to the other burners while I get a new one! Ice was very thorough and detailed. Appreciate how he handles the business for sure.. He has a lifelong client now as I will keep contacting him for other appliance

Joining the chorus of 5* reviews for Russell... our furnace stopped working on the weekend, right as the weather turned exceptionally cold (OK, low 50's, but it's the Bay Area!)
I called 20 companies and everyone was booked 2+ weeks out as the weather had just changed. Russell luckily was able to squeeze us in the same day. He quickly (30-45 mins) diagnosed what had broken. Unfortunately, parts were only available in a Home Depot 20 miles away. Russell offered to pick up the parts that I ordered that night and come back the next day to fix the system. The next day, he showed up and again

Yesterday Russell came to fix our fridge 1 hour after I called him while the others giving us next day or later dates. He was wearing his mask and gloves. He did some work and left for the day until the freezer melted. This morning he called and came back again very shortly after our brief conversation.
He fixed the fridge today. If you looking for honest, fast and reliable repairman he is your guy. I am so glad I used him instead of waiting for the others. He is my to go repairman now.

Two issues: No Spin, No drainage
Called ARAS, yesterday, and Russell was able to come out within two hours to diagnose the problem. He checked it out, turned it on, and after a few minutes, he said the pump was broken. I wrote him a check and he left on his way to pick up the part. I made an appointment for the next morning at 9:30 am for installation.
It's 11:30 am now and my washer is spinning and draining. He showed up on time, did the installation, and ran a successful rinse & spin cycle. No Hassle, no BS, just work and service. I am

Although I wasn't able to use his services, I have to say I was amazed with his professionalism and follow through. He was not able to fix my AC siento my time Constraints but still called back a couple days later to check up to see if I had any more questions and to offer any further assistance. I will most likely be calling him in the future for other appliance repairs needs if needed.
