I called this company and Sam answered and told me he will come and fix it.
It took him all of 45 minutes to make it out. He arrived and noticed the problem after about 10 minutes of digging around, went back to his work van, came back with some part and 5 minutes later, the refrigerator was working like new. Sam definitely knew what he was doing and he also was very pleasant to deal with.

This is the most honest appliance repair service I have ever used. The guy tried to help me out over the phone first. When he did come to my house he showed me what to do if my I had a problem in the future. He was curtious and thoughtful. The charge was exactly the same as his original estimate. I will definitely use him again.

This review is quite overdue, but Sam came and fixed my refrigerator a few years ago. He was very professional and promptly figured out what needed to be replaced and even gave me tips on some of my other appliances. So, when my washer recently had issues, I didn't hesitate to call again. However, after explaining the problem and probable needed repair, I was given an estimated repair price quote and advice to consider replacing my 16 year old machine. I really appreciate their ethical honesty, since it is a rarity these days!

I contacted this company because their website mentioned servicing my types of appliances and because they were recommended by Angie's List and had great yelp reviews. I made an online appointment which, despite my complicated explanations of two different repair issues, was convenient and easy and immediate. Igor came today to fix both an ancient jenn-air cook top and a newish kenmore dishwasher. He was timely, very friendly, professional, quick, and full of expertise. The price was extremely reasonable and I will not hesitate to contact this company again when something inevitably breaks

Our washing machine was not draining completely, leaving clothes in a pool of water. Sam ran full diagnostics on our washing machine using machine's computer. However, the same thing happened with the very next load of clothes. He returned the next day and found the problem...coins in the lint trap. He did not charge me for the return service call.

I highly recommend Mr Sam Veynrob. He came to repair my washing machine and he was very professional and most of all very honest - he spent quite a bit of time checking the washing machine Mr. Veynrob could have repaired the machine but stated it would be to my best interest if I bought a new one. In the future, I would not hesitate contacting A-Z Appliance Repair to fix any appliance.

Sam came out on May 26th to fix the dishwasher on May 26th. Wasn't spraying enough on the top rack, so replaced the arm assembly and left. It didn't fix it ($54 parts, $150 labor) for less than :20. Still did not work, asked him to come back and he said he couldn't figure it out and said should call someone else. Kind of left me high and dry and still doesn't work!

After reading all the good reviews and checking out the website, I decided to call and inquire about getting my freezer repaired. The guy that answered the phone says that he doesn't do freezer repairs, even though the website says they do all household appliances. He was super rude over the phone and seemed like he didn't want anything to do with me. All I did was try to ask about a freezer repair and he basically started arguing with me, and all I was doing was trying to find out how I can get my freezer repaired. lol

Our 6-year old GE Profile French door refrigerator failed to cool suddenly. I called A-Z and spoke to Sam. He set up a same-day appointment and discussed the pricing structure, including diagnosis fee, parts, and labor.
