We are the STOTT PILATES Licensed Education Facility for Nebraska. Our instructors are fully trained, enthusiastic and knowledgeable in Pilates as well as post-rehabilitation exercise. Ashlee graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her professional interests include women's health and working with individuals with chronic pain.

If you want to really experience PILATES, don't bother going anywhere but Pilates Center of Omaha. This is the place that will give you the most memorable workout every visit. It is a small class where the instructor ensures you are moving correctly to receive the greatest results. In a mere three months, my strength, flexibility, toning, and confidence has improved more than I could have ever imagined. I will be a lifer!

In this "social distancing" season, Pilates Center of Omaha has made excellent ways to keep me on track. The "Motion is Lotion" phrase motivates me and the Virtual Pilates classes with Amy are excellent. You get good feedback throughout the session. I am thankful for Ashlee Richardson and her wellness team for making adjustments in a challenging time.

I highly recommend Pilates Center of Omaha. They are friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. Their instructors are thorough in training those new to Pilates, and consistently monitor the classes they are leading. If they do have concerns regarding someone's form, they will ask if you desire input. I have greatly enjoyed strengthening my core and body as I recover from a difficult season of life.

I really enjoy doing Pilates at this center. I have gained so much in strength, flexibility and balance. The instructors are great. They are so knowledgeable about what I should be careful doing, since I have osteoporosis. The instructors make the classes so fun, that I can't wait to go to the next class.
