The Core10 workout is a challenging, core-focused group fitness class that is intense on the muscles, not on the joints or spine. And it's FUN! Workouts are expertly designed and balanced to work the entire body in each class but also varied from day to day to give you the best results possible. Our small classes guarantee you personal attention from our expert, experienced instructors.
The best way to really get a feel for the Core10 method is to try 3 classes ($49) OR 2 Private Sessions + 2 Classes ($199). The second class, you'll feel more aware of your core, the equipment, verbiage and will be able to maximize the full-body workout better than the first time. And the third class is a great feeling!
A Workout: All-reformer Full-Body workout guaranteed to leave you shaking from the inside out. We use the Core-Box throughout this workout to hit the abs and deep core muscles. Many of us love the foot in the strap series for awesome lower body work. C Workout: We hit it all again - core, strength, balance, and flexibility in this dynamic Full Body workout using the tower, BOSU, and Balancing Pods!

Wendy, the owner is dedicated to an efficient workout that can fit into your day, and help you gain strength, balance and burn calories. Wendy's dedicated group of teachers that care about helping you get a safe, effective workout. The classes are easy to schedule online or through the app.
I wish that there was another location in town, but I am willing to spend the time to get to the studio since the teachers and Wendy are fantastic!

I absolutely LOVE Core10 Pilates!! I have been going for one month and can already see and feel results!! Every instructor is fun, personable and they know their stuff! I feel like I get the maximum results out of each workout because they guide you to make sure you are doing it correctly and they know when to challenge you go to the next level with the individual exercises. I HIGHLY recommend Core10!

I love my membership at core10! As a newbie to Pilates, it’s difficult to fathom a better studio. All of the instructors at Core10 are enthusiastic, motivating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Classes for beginners are offered on a regular basis, but I’ve never felt out of place in the standard Full Body classes. It’s easy to find a class to squeeze into my schedule since offerings range from 5:15am to 5:30pm. I never miss a class, not because I don’t have mornings when I just don’t want to work out, but because I know that the workout will be worth it and also I always miss the 12 hour

Love everything about this studio. Incredible instruction! You feel at home right from the beginning! The workouts are adjustable to your levels as you progress. I will be a lifetime member. I was having back/neck issues from old injury. I dripped physical therapy when I started these amazing classes. Feel much stronger already!

Pilates is the one thing that has made the biggest difference in my quality of life. I practiced traditional pilates for years, and in turn I was able to put off a T4-S1 spinal fusion until 2 years ago. I was recently told I am healed, and I was looking for a new studio to practice pilates in. I was skeptical that any studio could help someone with a fusion like mine. I have worked out at Core10 for over 2 years now and it has always been challenging and motivating. The classes incorporate a variety of moves to work on strength, flexibility and balance. I always leave feeling like I had a great workout and it has helped me to be stronger and more toned. The instructors and classmates inspire me every day.

Core10 Pilates is beyond exceptional. The instructors and the environment is so positive! If you are having a bad day, go to Pilates as you will feel better when you leave! Instructors Wendy, Anne, and Amy are so knowledgeable and helpful. I am nearly 60 years young with severe scoliosis.
