I have been with the Kapiloff agency since buying my home in 2009 .I always just renewed my homeowners insurance and never really thought about it until it went up quite a bit over a couple of years . I received a survey from the agency and wrote my concerns down as I had not heard from an agent in a while . Alex took the time to personally write back .
