Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
This property has been open for 21 months. I have lived here 1year and 5 months. I had a rent increase the first year and has received notice I will have another increase in 7 months. The building has a lot of flaws. I wish I would have stayed with Beyond Housing. They are building a Phase 2 and I sure hope they do a better job.

I have left several messages over months of calling and have to date not received a called back. I have been waiting on a man name John Berger to call me with no response. I even left message with his boss and no call back. I have been calling in reference to a deposit that was supposedly issued back in September 🤔. That I have never received 😠 At this point I am concern as to how the business is ran.

I rented from this management company TWICE in their HUD property located in Rolla MO BOTH times they have ripped me off from my deposit although they KNOW up front since this is HUD people who live here are FIRST POOR second Rolla apartments are for SENIORS and DISABLED Of which I am BOTH I have moved SIX times in three years and never had a problem getting my deposit back including NON refundable PET deposits in all other properties yet this bogus rip off joint found ways to KEEP my money even though they KNOW you need that money to pay to the next landlord NOT only that but it is TOTAL retaliation

I rent from these people in a senior apartment in Waterloo, Illinois. We haven't had a maintenance man in several months and there are many problems. We have bushes growing over sidewalks, gutters stuffed with leaves because they haven't been cleaned in over two years and there are many trees on the property so water just runs out of the gutters. This will eventually cause foundation issues. Many residents have repairs that need to be fixed but a lot of us are in wheelchairs or are just too old and inexperienced to do them ourselves. (and we shouldn't have to!) It doesn't do

I applied for a two bedroom February 20, 2021 and never received a update call or nothing! I ran across a tenant who rents at TRINITY PARK APARTMENTS , she said that her unit is full of mold and that she hasn’t been relocated to a different unit” why take new applicants money orders if you have any units available and not many maintenance workers on grounds “ I was just lied to from the manager who claims she couldn’t reach me and that my application is voided and the money is no refundable “ they can keep that mold in good

I have been living here for 9 years. Through 3 different owners of properties. By far this is the worst management (Emma) and Maintenance supervisor since I've lived here. I have been reporting noise issue in apartment for about a year with NO resolve. Have reported to Manager (Emma) & Maintenance Supervisor. Who is NO longer taking my calls or solving problems. Before this company ALL issues were resolved in 7 to 10 days.

This is the most dishonest, deceptive and pocket gauging company I've ever seen. Big business, I get it! No responsiblity nor accountability for their actions. They don't mind taking your money,, but they don't maintain the up keep which places your families in harm's way. There is no compensation provided to any of their residents. We are tenants of sansone group.. STAY AWAY from these clowns! Constant leaky roof, they'll fix 5-7 days later. Meanwhile our property is trash due to raining black tar falling in our store. In addition, they threw away $6000 of our shelves that had tar on them and didn't have the decency to tell us they did it! DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY and DEFINATELY DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!
