These guys are super awesome. They picked up my vehicle from another shop in town. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. The best customer service I've ever had out of any company in NC. They were able to diagnose the problems I was having pretty quick. 10/10 would call these guys again if I ever run into any vehicle problems again in this area.

If there’s another option available to you, please, PLEASE use that option instead. How these guys are on the highway patrol rotation I’ll never know because they didn’t abide by the same rules and regulations that I read online (you can google it). First, they charged storage for the day they towed the car… not supposed to do that. They charged storage for that following weekend after implying that we couldn’t get the car till the next Monday (not supposed to do that either) Said they’d stay open an hour late to avoid that extra two days charge where we couldn’t get the car. We had no issue with the towing. While he was hooking up to tow us he said he had a repair shop and he does wheel bearings all the time. We asked him to his face if he had ever worked on our type of truck and he said he had. (C4500)After getting back to his shop however it was quite apparent that although he can do repairs, he had no clue about working on our C4500. After getting parts he was not aware of a special tool needed to finish the repair. We even offered to help track down the tool and go pick it up. This was a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. We had the other wheel bearing done

Tow truck driver parked his truck too close to the curb and unbeknown to us damaged my neighbor's mail box. When I called Mr. Massey, the owner of the company, he said I need to have a video or something to prove the truck damaged the mailbox. We have cars in between the two houses and for 3 hours or so only the tow truck came by. Bobby Massey was rude and irresponsible. He hanged up on me without listening to my explanation. They also told me that my Allstate insurance does not cover the tow and charged me extra $75.

Highly highly highly recommended these guys got stuck yesterday due to all this rain in a yard of a homeowners that I was doing some remodeling work at come time to leave my car got stuck badly gave them a call they was there in no time flat blink of an eye they was there they went straight to work and got me out the mud and rain and all that it didn’t even slow them down great bunch of guys will be using them in the future for all my towing needs thanks guys really appreciate y’all

They saved my life! I am from Ohio and was traveling through NC in the snow storm. My car got stuck un the snow on a back road in the middle of no where. I called around but all the other company's said it would be a 6 hour or more wait. We would have froze to death by then. They found us within the hour and pulled us out of the snow. Plus the drivers were super nice and funny. I would highly recommend!!!
